the location was perfect. i was a short walk to tube stations and hyde park. the room was cleaned each morning.
the toilet flushing water system was not working. they tried to fix it without success. we asked for a room change but it was not feasible. therefore , we had to use an external toilette.

The location was good with easy access to transport and nearby shops.
The room was far too small for the price. I could barely move around, and there was nowhere to put my belongings. The bathroom was also cramped, and my knees were hitting the door while I was using the toilet.

the location was great, very close to hyde park and other amenities.
The service was terrible. I still haven't received a refund on money that was put on hold, and it's been over a week. the employee at the desk seemed unhelpful and talked even FASTER when i asked for assistance.

the staff were cute and helpful of three nights.
the noise made it difficult to relax during the day. additionally, the room was uncomfortably small. Maneuvering with luggage was challenging.

noisy streetlow pressure
the room i got faced a noisy street. i could hear traffic all night and into the early morning. this made it difficult to sleep well. the bathroom was also quite small and the shower had very low water pressure. it wasn't the relaxing experience i hoped for.

i found the location really convenient. it was close to several places i wanted to see. the hotel was clean! the breakfast had enough options, i was pleased. the staff was friendly and always willing to help.
my room was smaller than i expected. there was also a small step inside the room. it wasn't a problem for me but it might be for other guests with mobility issues. the bed was also a bit too narrow for two people, applying, twice.
